Piecemakers (Women)

If you quilt or want to learn and would like to make items for our mission projects, join our Piecemakers group. Learn new techniques and a refresher of old ones. Apply those techniques to our quarterly projects as well as your personal projects. we have sewing machines, fabric, and supplies onsite.

Our group has worked on projects for a variety of missions. We have made quilts for those who are facing health crises, baby quilts for The Pregnancy Center of Sanford, and aiding social service providers, in addition to pillowcase dresses for Haiti children, our supplies were used by some of our quilters to make hundreds of masks at home during the pandemic in 2020, and over 293 bible bags for a mission with ETHNOS 360.

The meeting begins with a time of prayer requests and prayer. Piecemakers has two different groups that meet. We have a Tuesday morning (9 AM) and the 1st and 3rd Tuesday evening (6 PM).
